Barry Gale

CHAIRman

Barry Gale

Barry is the Director of Engineering.

 

Barry has extensive experience in the Health, Aged Care, Education, Justice, Water and Infrastructure fields.

 

He has been involved in major projects in excess of $100m, including multi storey buildings, flood mitigation works, research facilities, roads and bridges.

 

Barry has a Diploma of Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and a Master of Engineering Science Degree.

Chief Executive Officer

Bruno Gatsby

Bruno is a consulting engineer with considerable experience in all aspects of property development in Australia and overseas.

 

Bruno has an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction/Engineering and is a Registered Building Practitioner.

 

Bruno’s expertise is in designing, supervising and project managing across a range of sectors including hospital projects, research/educational facilities, aviation [aerospace facilities and airports] and commercial [shopping centres, high rise buildings].

 

He has led large scale projects in building construction, mechanical, electrical, production plants, infrastructure/environmental systems and other steel/structural engineering works.

 

Bruno is a qualified pilot with an instrument rating.

Director

Nigel Hutchinson-Brooks

Nigel is the Director of Town Planning.

 

Previously an Officer in the Royal Engineers in the British Army, Nigel graduated in Urban and Regional Studies, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, Town Planner, Valuer and Land Economist.

 

Nigel held senior executive positions in both the public and private sectors, including property, banking, transport and aviation industries.

 

Nigel has held the position of Assistant Director of the Town & Country Planning Board (now the Victorian Planning Authority) and has advised several Ministers on planning and development issues.

 

He was a Councillor for six years at the City of Waverley (now Monash) and seven years on the South Gippsland Shire Council, including a term as Mayor.

 

He has an Australian Commercial pilot’s license and Command Instrument Rating.

DIRECTOR

Stephen Axford

Stephen is the Director of Architecture and Urban Design.

 

Stephen is an architect and a planning specialist and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects.

 

In his professional capacity, he is a Foundation Member of the Urban Design Forum, a Member of the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association, a Board Member of Habitat Trust and a Foundation Member of Australian Urban Systems.

 

Stephen is also a Sessional Member at VCAT.

 

He has an Associate Diploma in Municipal Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Master of Transport Degree and Bachelor of Psychology Degree.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Michael Marsicovetere

Michael has extensive local and international experience in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning.

 

He holds an Associate Diploma in Municipal Engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Degree and Master of Transport Degree.

 

His areas of expertise also include Parking Assessments, Traffic Impact Assessments and Road Safety.

 

Michael is a Member of The Institution of Engineers Australia and a Member of The Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management.

CONSULTANT

Adam Bosstelj

Adam is the team leader for many projects in the Education, Health, Apartment, Justice, Aged Care and Retail fields.

 

In this capacity he manages a number of teams specifically assembled for each project.

 

Adam has particular interest in Business development, Engineering Systems and Project Delivery.

 

He has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, is a Member of The Institution of Engineers Australia and is a Registered Building Practitioner.
